Any questions about your roof replacement quote?
Most quotes don't get a "no". They get silence. QuoteChase sends your quote, shows you when it's opened, and follows up politely until the customer accepts, asks a question, or says no.

Real screens from the app, shown with sample data.
How it works
Type the line items and the total adds itself up, or attach the PDF you already make in Jobber, QuickBooks or Excel. Pick how long the quote is good for and hit send.
No logins, no printing. They see the scope, the price and the date it's good until, and they can accept by typing their name, ask you a question, or tell you it's not the right time.
Friendly emails on day 2, 5 and 10, only during your working hours. If they open the quote and go quiet, the next one goes out early. The moment they answer, it stops, and you get an alert.
The emails
These are the default follow-ups, word for word. They come from your business name, replies go straight to your inbox, and you can rewrite every line.

What you get
Customers accept by typing their name. You get the yes in writing, with the date and time.
An alert the first time a quote is opened, so you can call while you're top of mind.
Opened it but went quiet for two days? The next follow-up goes out early. Never two emails within a day.
A customer's question lands in your inbox, and follow-ups pause until you've answered.
Emails come from your business name and replies go to you. Edit the wording any time in Settings.
Money waiting on an answer, jobs won this month, and your win rate, on one screen.
Questions
No. Attach the PDF you already create in Jobber, QuickBooks, Excel or anything else. QuoteChase handles the sending and the follow-up.
The emails come from your business name, are signed by you, and replies go straight to your inbox. You can rewrite every word.
As soon as the customer accepts, declines or asks a question, or when you pause them. They never go out after the quote expires.
Not yet. Email comes first; text follow-ups are next on the list.
It's free while we're in beta. We'll give plenty of notice before any paid plans start.
